What are the medical program limits?
Medical cannabis patients can buy up to 2.5 oz of cannabis from state-licensed shops every 14 days. Patients younger than 21 years old are not allowed to use marijuana that comes from plants. Adults are not allowed to smoke herbal cannabis when they are with a pregnant woman or a child younger than 14 years old.
Food and drinks that contain marijuana but have more than 10 mg of THC are not allowed in dispensaries. It is against the law for them to sell edibles with cannabis that are “modeled after non-cannabis products primarily consumed by and marketed to children.”
What methods of use are permitted under the medical program?
Any type of marijuana or concentrate, like the hash oil in a marijuana vape pen.
It is still illegal to smoke or vape pot in public, even if it is for medical reasons.

Yes. Some websites provide patients with medical cannabis home delivery services.

Yes, CBD is legal in Arkansas. Arkansas allows CBD oil and other CBD products as long as they come from hemp and have less than 0.3% THC, which is what the law says they can have.
