What are the rules for medical use?

The Alaska Medical Marijuana Registry is statewide scheme that keeps medical marijuana information private. For people with certain qualifying, severely disabling illnesses, it lets them get registry ID card.

Alaskans are the only ones who can get and use the Alaskan Medical Cannabis Cards. The Bureau of Vital Statistics under the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services is in charge of the records of qualified patients.
