Yes, medical cannabis is legal in Denmark. Denmark launched a trial program in 2018 for the medical use of cannabis, and it is expected to last until 2025. 

All Danish doctors can write prescriptions without the need for specialization, training, or certification and may prescribe for any condition they consider relevant. Physicians are authorized to prescribe any of the unlicensed medications that are part of the trial.
