Yes, CBD is legal in Bermuda. CBD products may be imported without a license as long as their overall THC content is less than 1%.
Note that there is no certification needed for topical application of CBD products like ointments, salves, lotions, or creams.
When importing CBD products for internal use, a legitimate, current, and readable certificate of analysis from a recognized laboratory is required. The specific D-9 THC level of the CBD products in question must be mentioned individually on that certificate.
